Under the Texas Compassionate Use Act, Texans with a qualifying medical condition can get prescribed low-THC marijuana (marijuana that contains 10% or more cannabidiol, or CBD, and no more than 0.5% tetrahydrocannabinol, or THC) by a doctor.
